Michael Parisi

CGO | Michael is an experienced business executive specializing in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management. He has led thousands of advisory and audit engagements across frameworks including FedRAMP, GovRAMP, CMMC, DoD Impact Levels, SOC 1–3, HITRUST, ISO, and Sarbanes-Oxley during his tenure with Deloitte, PwC, and Schellman. Michael has built and managed cybersecurity, GRC, and third-party risk management programs for multiple organizations and served as VP of Strategy and Adoption at HITRUST, a leading cybersecurity standards and certification body. He also advises private equity and venture capital firms on due diligence and serves on several startup advisory boards. Michael is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Steel Patriot Partners, a cybersecurity consulting and advisory firm.
