Maura Grace serves as Director of Operations at Steel Patriot Partners, where she oversees integrated delivery across engineering, project management, security operations, and compliance. She is responsible for aligning the teams, resources, priorities, and execution within the company's complex cybersecurity, cloud, federal compliance, and managed services engagements. Maura offers the operational leadership that brings together Steel Patriot Partners’ Advise, Deploy, and Operate capabilities, helping ensure that compliance requirements, technical implementation, and ongoing operations remain focused on the defined client outcomes. She has more than 20 years of experience in IT operations, project and program management, service delivery, and customer-facing technology initiatives. Her background includes extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sector, managing complex technology programs, establishing and running PMO capabilities, and leading cross functional technical teams. At Steel Patriot Partners, she is in charge of delivery governance, resource planning, risk and issue management, executive reporting, operational readiness, and the transition of implemented security and compliance capabilities into steady-state operations. The experience she has gained enables her to coordinate the engineering, security, compliance, and operational teams while holding herself accountable for delivery, meeting customer commitments, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
